The 1995 Luhrs Tournament 290 Open is a 29-foot open sportfish design with twin Mercruiser 383 Stroker inboard engines delivering 700 horsepower combined. The fiberglass hull measures 11.5 feet across the beam, providing stable fishing platform design typical of the Tournament series.

The open layout accommodates active fishing with dedicated bait and rigging stations, multiple washdown systems, and an extensive rod holder and rocket launcher setup. A single head is installed for onboard convenience. The boat includes full Coast Guard-approved safety equipment as standard.
