1995 Lund 1700 Pro Guide

This 1995 Lund 1700 Pro Guide is a 17-foot 10-inch aluminum bay boat built for fishing. Power comes from a Mercury 40 hp four-stroke outboard with electric start, tilt and trim, mounted on a tiller. The hull is solid and dent-free with all rivets intact and no water intrusion.

The boat accommodates anglers with a front deck butt seat, two adjustable pedestal seats in the cockpit, and four pedestal mounts total. Storage includes a front bait well, a livewell, and multiple front deck compartments. The interior features new carpet installed in 2020 and new seats throughout.

Electronics and auxiliary power are substantial: a 24-volt Minn Kota Terrova trolling motor with i-Pilot remote and a Helix 9 H2N fish finder with mega side imaging, GPS, and CHIRP sonar. Additional equipment includes aluminum trolling rod holders, a front remote-controlled spotlight for night fishing, and two spare tires. Three batteries are included.

The motor has been recently started and runs smoothly in all gears with good water flow from the cooling system. Fresh fuel was added before operation. The boat has been owned by the current owner for more than 15 years and has served as an active fishing platform.
