The Ocean 48 Cockpit Motor Yacht combines traditional motor yacht design with modern systems and comfort. Built in 1995 with a fiberglass hull, she was repowered in 2007 with twin Cummins QSC 8.3 engines rated at 540 horsepower each, currently showing approximately 860 operating hours. She cruises at 25 knots and reaches 32 knots at speed.
Accommodations include three staterooms and two heads. The full-beam master stateroom aft features a centerline queen bed and private head with stall shower. Forward, a centerline queen VIP stateroom has private access to a guest head. A third guest stateroom to starboard includes a washer and dryer unit. The salon and galley have been updated, with renovated countertops throughout the galley and both heads.
The yacht is outfitted with a 10-kilowatt Westerbeke generator, Garmin electronics suite with chart plotter, radar, and sonar, and Sidepower bow thruster. Cockpit engine and bow thruster controls are positioned at the helm. The aft deck includes a custom slide-out electric grill, wine chiller, and ice maker at the wet bar, with custom L-shaped bench lounges and SeaDeck surface installed. A full flybridge and aft deck enclosure provide sheltered outdoor space. The interior features Samsung, Prima, and Advent flat-screen televisions, dual Fusion stereo systems, and a Pioneer system in the master stateroom.
The boat includes a full flybridge, complete cockpit and aft deck enclosure, and SeaDeck installed on the cockpit and swim platform. Vacuflush heads, Glendenning cablemaster, and SmartCraft engine gauges round out the main systems.
