The 1995 Sea Ray 400 Express Cruiser is a 40-foot fiberglass express cruiser powered by twin 7.4L MerCruiser inboards delivering 760 horsepower combined. The boat features extensive stainless steel fittings throughout the exterior, including bow rail and deck runners. A curved tri-section tinted glass windshield with electric front vent spans the helm, which offers adjustable double seats facing a burl instrument panel.
