This 1995 Sumerset houseboat measures 95 feet in length with a 19.5-foot beam and aluminum hull construction. It is powered by twin 5.0-liter Mercruiser engines with electronic shift control, supported by a Westerbeke 15kW generator. A 5000-watt pure sine inverter with six batteries and an on-demand WaterFixer freshwater system provide independent power and water capabilities. The boat carries two 100-gallon fuel tanks and two 20-gallon hot water tanks.

The upper deck features an extensive entertainment area with a deluxe operational flying bridge offering 15 seats, a 14-foot party top with LED rope lights, a 30-foot party top with LED rope lights, and a fiberglass roof-top bar with granite countertop and sink. An 86-jet hot tub, installed two years ago, operates with remote iPhone control. Additional topside amenities include a water slide, grill, radar arch, and a davit equipped with a new 4500-pound winch for launching tenders.

Below deck, the layout provides three bedrooms—king master, queen, and full—plus two full bathrooms with holding tanks and Purisan systems. The galley features a large island kitchen with a new refrigerator, smooth-top electric range with oven, new microwave, ice maker, and wine rack. Entertainment includes a 55-inch Samsung TV with Blu-Ray in the salon and Samsung TVs with DVD players in all bedrooms, along with a Sony surround-sound system. Comfort systems include a heat pump and HVAC with remote iPhone control, plus a new stacked washer and dryer.

Navigation and safety equipment comprises a Humminbird depth finder with fish finder and GPS, two VHF marine radios, backup camera with color night vision, satellite TV tracking system, rudder indicator, Halon fire extinguishing system, and CO and smoke detectors. The swim platform includes a ladder and electric jetski ramp. Two 50-amp shore power connections are installed. Drives received service in 2014.
