This 1995 Vacance 10.50 AK is a steel-hulled motor yacht built by Vacance Jachtbouw in Sneek, combining sturdy construction with timeless design. The hard-chined hull and all-steel deck and superstructure are reinforced by stainless steel railings with access on both sides. A black sprayhood and matching bimini complete the exterior. The hull received professional blasting and repainting in 2016, with all windows and deck hardware removed for thorough preparation.

The interior features a bright saloon with tinted sliding and hinged windows throughout, finished in warm wood-effect materials. The layout comprises an aft owner's cabin with a 2.00 × 1.40 m double bed, a forward guest cabin with V-shaped berths (2.00 × 0.85 m), and a dinette convertible to a double bed (2.00 × 1.20 m), accommodating six people total. A bathroom with vacuum toilet and shower completes the cabin arrangement. The galley is fitted with a 4-burner Gimeg gas stove and a 64-liter Dometic electric refrigerator with freezer. An Eberspächer hot air heating system provides year-round comfort. Fuel and water storage comprise two 200-liter tanks each, with the water tanks in stainless steel.

Power comes from a Nanni N4.80 diesel engine (80 hp) installed in 2017 with approximately 120 operating hours logged. The engine features indirect cooling for quiet operation and drives a propeller shaft replaced entirely in 2023. An electric Cupa bow thruster is fitted for enhanced maneuvering. The electrical system is equipped with Victron components including a Blue Smart battery charger and Pure Sinewave inverter. All batteries—starter, house, and bow thruster—were replaced in 2020.
