1996 Cabo Rico Northeast 400

The Cabo Rico Northeast 400 is a 40-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built for extended cruising. She features a freestanding rotating AeroRig that simplifies sail handling across all points of sail, paired with a Yanmar 4JH2H 100-hp diesel engine providing a cruising speed of 8 knots. The pilot house design offers good visibility and weather protection underway.

The interior is laid out for comfortable living and entertaining, with efficient use of space and direct walk-through access from the cockpit to the cabin. The yacht accommodates cruising with all essential systems in place for self-sufficient operation.

Power and auxiliary systems include a Northern Lights 5000W generator, Xantrex SW 3012 inverter/charger, 400W Renogy solar array, and two air conditioning units (16,000 BTU and 7,000 BTU). The diesel engine shows approximately 4,000 hours of service, while the generator has logged about 300 hours.
