This 1996 Gibson 44 Classic is a fiberglass houseboat 44 feet long and 14 feet wide, powered by twin 5.7L 350XL Crusader engines producing 270 horsepower each. The engine compartment is notably clean and well-organized, with engines logged at 969 hours. A 6.5-kilowatt Kohler generator with 1,108 hours supports onboard systems. Battery trays have been relocated to the transom and professionally mounted to keep batteries off the bilge floor.

The upper salon centers on a convertible sofa bed with matching dinette seating, both updated. The dinette table was resurfaced, and new carpeting and window treatments run throughout. An electric fireplace is positioned aft of the salon. The galley includes a double-sided stainless sink, three-burner cooktop, oven, and under-cabinet microwave, with a new refrigerator installed.
