1996 Tiara Yachts 4000 Express

This 1996 Tiara Yachts 4000 Express is a 40-foot fiberglass express cruiser powered by twin Cummins diesel engines producing 840 horsepower combined. The boat offers substantial interior volume with generous passenger accommodations and multiple storage areas throughout.

The yacht has undergone extensive mechanical and systems work. Both engines were fully serviced, with new heat exchangers, turbochargers, elbows, fittings, hoses, and gaskets installed. The propulsion system includes new propellers and tuned shafts with replaced zincs at both shaft and transom. A replacement 7-kilowatt Cummins generator was fitted. All batteries are new, along with new engine oil, filters, and transmission filters.

Interior improvements include new bed coverings in the master and guest cabins, new galley refrigerator with freezer drawer, and refinished cabinetry with repaired latches and hardware. The helm station received new switches, an updated autopilot system, a replaced depth gauge, compass repair, and patching work. Seat covers throughout the boat were repaired, cleaned, and waterproofed. A new captain's chair with power adjustments was installed along with additional storage solutions.

The hull was bottom-painted and refinished, with topside surfaces polished and waxed. Additional updates include new wiper systems, replaced window vents, new fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide sensors, handheld communication equipment, dockside power cords, dock and spring lines, fenders, and a full complement of onboard safety equipment and tools.
