This 1997 Contender 23 Open is a single-engine center console built on the company's 24.5-degree offshore hull design, which delivers a soft, dry ride through chop while maintaining stability at rest. The boat measures 23.25 feet in length with an 8.25-foot beam and is powered by a new Yamaha 250-horsepower outboard with fewer than 2 hours of engine time and factory warranty coverage through July 2030.

The open layout centers on fishing capability and family use. The boat features a recessed bow rail, forward recessed gunwale rod holders, a live well, and walk-through transom access. A T-top with rocket launchers provides shade and additional rigging points, while a Garmin 94SV multifunction display, VHF radio, and stereo round out the electronics package.
