1997 Creekmore Cutter

The Creekmore 45 Cutter is a fiberglass cruising sailboat built in 1997 with a reputation for exceptionally strong construction and offshore capability. Her long keel and cutter rig provide stability and control in heavy conditions, while a 66-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine delivers a cruising speed of 6.5 knots. The hull measures 45 feet in length with a 12.5-foot beam, designed and finished with the individual attention characteristic of Creekmore's custom-build approach.

The interior accommodates two cabins and one head, with warm, spacious joinery and thoughtful layout suited to extended cruising or living aboard. Deep storage throughout the boat supports both passage-making and day-to-day comfort. The galley features a four-burner Regal propane stove with oven, while additional conveniences include a reverse osmosis watermaker, air conditioning, diesel heating, and modernized navigation electronics.

The boat carries significant equipment for offshore work: a Winslow liferaft, Monitor windvane for self-steering, electric windlass with ground tackle including a 33-kilogram Rocna anchor and 66-pound Bruce anchor, cutter-rigged sails and running rigging, and a Magma party grill. Radio with Sirius XM capability, Samsung television, and DVD player are installed.

Over two decades under a single owner, the yacht has been actively cruised along the East Coast and beyond, with regular maintenance and incremental upgrades documented throughout. The diesel engine has seen consistent servicing, deck hardware and fittings have been preserved, and the boat continues to serve as a capable, working cruiser.
