1997 Custom 16x80

This 80-foot aluminum houseboat is built for entertaining and extended cruising. Twin 5.7L Mercruiser engines provide the power to move the substantial hull, supported by a 15KW Westerbeke generator and Bravo II outdrives. The boat features dry stack exhaust for carbon monoxide prevention and is equipped with a residential-style heat pump HVAC system for year-round comfort.

The interior is laid out across four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite includes a king-size walk-around bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, and abundant storage. Three guest bedrooms are fitted with queen beds. The galley holds a full-size oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and recently replaced stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. A stackable washer and dryer, garbage disposal, and generous storage throughout the living spaces support extended habitation. The salon features a full-size dining table and comfortable seating areas.

The flybridge is the focal point for entertaining, with a large party top, full-size gas grill, bar with refrigerator and sink, and a six-person hot tub with a new heater and control board. The bow area includes an Eisenglass-enclosed lounge with front panels installed and new carpet. A slide, waterslide, and retractable swim platform with PWC fueling pump round out the recreational features. The upper and lower helms are equipped with dual MMC electronic controls for easy operation.

A new set of propellers is included, and the boat is wired for 120V and 12V lighting throughout. A spare set of 50-amp shore power cords supports flexible docking arrangements.
