1997 Custom 40' Boathouse

This 40-foot aluminum boathouse, built in 1997, is designed to shelter and protect a substantial recreational vessel. The structure measures 40 feet in length with an 18-foot beam, and offers an inner well width of 13 feet 6 inches with 18 feet of clearance height—dimensions that comfortably accommodate a flybridge boat up to approximately 39 feet in overall length.

The boathouse features a custom Summit Marine canvas curtain system for weather protection and is supplied with 30-amp, 125-volt shore power. An electric lift system is integrated into the structure, engineered to raise and lower a tender or smaller boat for secure storage and convenient access.

The boathouse is positioned at a protected moorage facility with direct proximity to marina parking, making it practical for regular use and maintenance access.
