1997 Custom 51ft Aluminium Cutter

This 51-foot aluminum cutter was built for serious ocean sailing and has proven itself across multiple continents. Designed by Grant Firth and constructed by Martland Yachts with interior fit-out by MB Yachts, the yacht carries a cutter rig, twin cockpits, and a full cockpit tent on deck. Her aluminum hull provides the strength and durability needed for extended blue-water passages.

Below, the layout centers on a U-shaped galley, chart table, and spacious saloon, with two cabins and two heads providing accommodation for crew and guests. The interior was planned for comfort during long voyages and extended time at sea.

Powered by an 80-horsepower Perkins diesel engine, the yacht offers reliable propulsion. The aluminum construction and thoughtful design have proven their worth through years of offshore sailing, including passages through challenging waters and the Panama Canal.
