The Sabreline 47 is a proven offshore motor yacht built in the classic downeast style, designed to perform confidently in rough conditions while maintaining the comfort of a well-appointed cruiser. Her modified deep-vee hull with 14-degree deadrise and wide chines accelerate planning while long spray rails keep the decks dry. Twin Caterpillar diesel engines deliver 840 hp total, enabling cruising speeds around 17 knots with a range of 865 miles at 8-knot trawler speed, or sustained performance at 20 knots when conditions or schedule demand it.
The yacht accommodates six with two private staterooms, each featuring an ensuite head with separate shower stall. The aft owner's cabin centers on a queen berth and includes direct cockpit access and substantial storage. The forward head houses a washer and dryer. Wide side decks with substantial stainless steel railings, a large flybridge with davit-deployed tender storage, an aft sun deck, and a spacious cockpit designed for boarding and water activities define the deck layout. The engine room provides generous access to both engines and auxiliary systems.
The interior features American cherry cabinetry throughout. Recent upgrades include a 2024 Garmin autopilot, new Isotherm icemaker, and a 2025 custom flybridge enclosure. Twin Garmin 7610 GPS chartplotters serve both the lower helm and flybridge helm stations. A diesel-fired Espar heating system maintains comfort in cooler waters. Both engines and the generator underwent complete service recently, with the port engine showing 1,319 hours and the starboard 1,313 hours. The hull received a recent Flag Blue Awlgrip finish. A tender with new outboard engine is included, suspended from a davit on the trunk cabin.
