1997 Ferretti Yachts 70

A 1997 Ferretti Yachts 70 flybridge built by the respected Italian shipyard. The yacht measures 72 feet with a 18-foot beam and is powered by twin Caterpillar 3412 diesel engines of 1,250 horsepower each. The fiberglass hull reflects the solid construction typical of Ferretti's design philosophy from this era.

The accommodation layout comprises five cabins and three heads, configured to sleep six guests plus crew. The original layout has been modified, with changes affecting the starboard bathroom. The main saloon features good natural light and is separate from the sleeping quarters. Both the saloon upholstery and exterior upholstery have been recently renewed.

The yacht has not been in regular use for several years. The hull was hauled for antifouling service approximately one month before listing. A comprehensive recommissioning program is needed, including interior and flybridge renovation, cosmetic updates, new batteries and generator, replacement or upgrade of onboard systems and equipment, engine servicing, gangway inspection, and a full technical review of all systems.
