The Navigator 5600 Sundance Pilothouse is a 56-foot fiberglass pilothouse cruiser built in 1997. The largest model in Navigator's fleet at her introduction, she offers a notably spacious full-beam salon despite her modest 15-foot beam. Twin Volvo diesel engines produce 860 horsepower, with a cruising speed of 13 knots and a maximum speed of 17 knots.
The design distinguishes itself through thoughtful layout choices. The galley occupies the pilothouse level rather than the main salon, while the master stateroom is accessed directly from the salon for privacy. The helmsman benefits from unobstructed views aft thanks to the open pilothouse arrangement. A dinette sits opposite the galley in the wheelhouse, and a ladder provides access to the bi-level flybridge, which features wraparound guest seating and dinghy storage.
The accommodations include three cabins and two heads. Interior details feature maple cabinetry and trim throughout. The boat is equipped with port and starboard pilothouse doors, a large engine room accessible via cockpit hatch, and a roomy cockpit with lazarette storage and transom door. The bi-level flybridge offers expansive outdoor entertaining space, while the cockpit does not provide flybridge access.
