This 40.7-metre aluminium ketch was built by Royal Huisman in 1997 and designed as a capable world cruiser. Her lightweight Lloyd's-classed hull combines Ted Hood naval architecture with Fontaine exterior styling and Winch Design interiors. A lifting centreboard keel reduces draft to 2.9 metres, enabling access to shallow destinations unreachable by conventional keels.
The interior maximises natural light through extensive glazing. The deckhouse lounge features wraparound windows and skylights overlooking an informal dining area. Below, the main saloon offers a large semi-circular seating arrangement and dining space. The design balances comfort with an uncluttered aesthetic throughout.
Accommodation comprises six cabins and twelve heads. The split-level owner's suite sits aft with private cockpit access and en suite bathroom. Two mirror-image twin cabins amidships each include pullman berths and en suite facilities. Additional guest accommodation is provided in three further cabins opening to a central lobby.
Deck spaces are arranged for both cruising and entertaining. The aft cockpit features a collapsible table that converts to a sunpad, with a fold-down swim platform at its centre. Dual helm stations sit forward of the flybridge, both sheltered by a wide bimini. A single Mercedes diesel engine of 570 horsepower provides power, delivering a cruising speed of 10 knots and maximum speed of 12 knots. The yacht underwent full refit at Royal Huisman in 2017, with extensive maintenance completed in 2018 and 2019.
