1997 Sea Ray Sundancer 400

The 1997 Sea Ray Sundancer 400 is a 40-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin 7.4-liter MerCruiser engines with approximately 800 hours. The boat features a raised-helm design with a spacious U-shaped cockpit that includes bench seating on three sides, a portside wet bar with faucet, and a sport spoiler with overhead lighting. A transom door provides access to the swim platform, and the foredeck is secured by a through-bolted stainless steel bow rail.

Below deck, the salon centers on a curved sofa that converts into a dining or sleeping area with an accompanying fiberglass table. The mid-cabin stateroom serves as a daytime conversation area and converts to a double berth. The master stateroom holds a full-size pedestal bed with its own television, while cedar-lined hanging lockers and dual vanities with under-cabinet storage provide ample space. The galley is equipped with a full-size refrigerator-freezer, a three-burner electric stove, and a microwave with faux-granite countertops.

The boat includes two heads: the master head features a VacuFlush toilet, vanity with sink, and full stand-up shower accessed from both the salon and forward stateroom, while the guest head has a VacuFlush toilet and vanity. Central heating and air conditioning support year-round comfort.

Navigation and entertainment systems include a North Star navigation system, Garmin GPS, and autopilot, along with an upgraded stereo with multiple amps and speaker lighting. Additional features comprise underwater lights, a 7-kilowatt generator with approximately 1,000 hours, a camper canvas enclosure with Strataglass, cockpit cover, wood cabin floors, Seadeck on the platform and in the cockpit, a newer dash and gauges, and a newer captain's chair. An entertainment area in the cockpit includes a television, sink, and refrigerator-freezer combination.
