1997 Tiara Yachts 3700 Open

The 1997 Tiara 3700 Open is a 37-foot fiberglass express cruiser built on the brand's reputation for solid construction and enduring design. Twin Caterpillar 3208 diesel engines, each producing 435 horsepower, deliver confident power and smooth performance. The boat features SidePower bow and stern thrusters for precise maneuvering, a wide open cockpit suited to fishing or entertaining, and a helm station with excellent visibility and comfortable seating.

Below deck, the cabin offers nearly seven feet of headroom throughout. The master stateroom features a large V-berth with hanging lockers and custom teak storage cubbies. A well-appointed galley includes a two-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and built-in coffee maker. The head has a full shower, mirrored vanity, Vacuflush toilet with holding tank, and separate access from both the salon and master stateroom. A U-shaped convertible dinette completes the living spaces. The interior is finished in varnished teak.

Recent updates include twin Battleborn lithium house batteries rated at 270 amp-hours, a new Victron inverter-charger, new Balmer 100-amp alternators with smart regulators, and a Northern Lights 5.5 kilowatt genset. Navigation and radar equipment is new as of 2025, with Garmin electronics and a full Raytheon radar array. A new Lewmar V2 windlass with 250 feet of 3/8-inch chain and 44-pound Delta anchor, new washdown pump, and Nick Jackson 1,000-pound electric davit support deck operations.

Additional equipment includes a Wabasto forced-air diesel furnace, a new Fusion entertainment system with amplifier, new bridge deck canvas with anodized aluminum framing, SeaDek coating on exterior decks, and both aft weather and shade awnings. The hull was painted with Emron in 2020 and received fresh Seahawk bottom paint and prop shield in 2024. The Caterpillar engines show 1,200 hours.
