This 112-foot aluminum cruising ketch was designed by Ron Holland and built by Alloy Yachts in 1998. She carries a single MTU diesel engine, cruises at 10 knots, and reaches 12 knots at full speed. The boat has completed an extended circumnavigation and currently undergoes further refitting. She received significant upgrades in 2016 and 2022, with additional work in progress.
The accommodations comprise three guest staterooms aft—a full-beam master with walk-around queen berth and split en suite with marble shower, a port double, and a convertible starboard cabin—plus crew quarters forward that sleep four to five with a dedicated mess. Five heads serve the interior. The layout centers on a dual-cockpit design: a private owner's cockpit aft and a spacious center cockpit for dining and socializing, with the helm positioned just aft of center and easy access to the side decks.
The interior features a raised deck salon and pilothouse above a generous full-beam lower salon. Teak joinery throughout and refined soft furnishings create an elegant, bright, and well-ventilated space. The open galley sits forward of the master stateroom, supporting both guest and crew operations.
