The Azimut 85 Ultimate is an Italian-designed flybridge motor yacht built in 1998, 85 feet long with a 15-foot beam and fiberglass hull. The boat is powered by twin Caterpillar 3412 engines with approximately 4,800 hours of service, paired with ZF transmissions, bow and stern thrusters, and dual Naiad stabilizers for precise handling. Fuel capacity is roughly 2,000 gallons. A Kohler generator and 25-gallon-per-hour watermaker support extended cruising.
The interior comprises four guest staterooms and five heads, along with dedicated crew quarters. The main salon and staterooms have been fitted with new flooring. Accommodations emphasize livable, purposeful spaces with good flow and privacy. Navigation systems include dual Garmin 5212 displays at the main helm and flybridge, along with autopilot, Icom VHF, and satellite TV. A Bose audio system is installed throughout.
The flybridge is an open, airy social space with generous lounge seating, air conditioning, and an ice maker. A tender garage is built into the design and currently houses a Yamaha Deluxe Jet Ski.
The yacht has undergone a comprehensive refit program completed in May 2022, with continued preventive maintenance thereafter. This work focused on reliability and usability rather than cosmetic updates. Systems are current and well-maintained.
