1998 Baltic 60 Custom

The Baltic 60 Custom is a fiberglass sailing yacht built in 1998, representing the yard's approach to high-performance cruising design. Created through collaboration between Bruce Farr, R&J Design, and Vismara, the boat features advanced composite construction using glass, Kevlar, and carbon fiber for light weight and strength. The carbon fiber rig from Hall Spars, furling boom, and electric winches are rigged to allow easy handling with a small crew.

The interior holds four cabins and three heads finished in solid teak throughout. The layout prioritizes both comfort and practicality, with a well-equipped galley, air conditioning, diesel heater, and watermaker installed below. All lines lead to the cockpit to support single or short-handed sailing.

The yacht has undergone extensive refit work in recent years. Updates include a new sail wardrobe, modernized navigation equipment with radar, AIS, and thermal imaging, and upgraded technical systems. The boat is powered by a single 158-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine and measures 60.7 feet in length with a 16.4-foot beam.
