1998 Bavaria 38 Ocean

The Bavaria 38 Ocean is a 38-foot German-built sailing yacht with a fiberglass hull and a 13-foot beam. The boat has recently been refitted with a new Volvo Penta D2-50 diesel engine paired with a Volvo Penta 130s saildrive and fixed three-blade propeller; the engine has 22 running hours and carries a two-year warranty. New Isoteak decks have been laid throughout.

The yacht features two cabins, each equipped with Eberspacher D5LC heating. The electrical system comprises three 130-amp domestic batteries, solar panels with MPPT controller, and a dehumidifier. Power generation and heating support extended cruising and comfortable seasonal use.

The boat carries a six-person offshore Zodiac life raft, a Honwave inflatable dinghy with V-floor, and a 5 hp Suzuki outboard engine for tender operations.
