This 1998 Boston Whaler 26 Outrage is a 26-foot center console powered by twin Mercury Optimax engines rated at 450 horsepower total. One engine features center rotation. Both engines have 527 hours and were replaced in 2008. The boat is built on a fiberglass hull and runs on gasoline.
The boat carries a full suite of navigation and safety equipment including a Garmin GPS plotter, VHF radio with antenna and speaker, depth and fish finder, compass, radar dome, and navigation lights. An engine kill switch is installed. Mechanical systems include power trim and tilt, trim tabs with controls, an oil injection tank, bilge pump, and mechanical throttle and shift controls.
The boat was kept in dry storage at the marina and pulled from the water when not in use. It received annual professional service and winterization. A depth finder and fish finder are included, along with engine covers.
