The 1998 Boston Whaler Outrage 23 is a center console built on a deep vee fiberglass hull, combining offshore fishing capability with family cruising stability. The boat spans 23 feet with an 8.5-foot beam and is powered by a single Honda 250 hp 4-stroke engine installed in 2016, which has approximately 1,380 hours of runtime.

The open layout centers on the console, with a T-top and rocket launchers overhead. Dual insulated fishboxes provide storage, and the boat includes a livewell with raw water washdown for live bait. Twin battery banks support extended operation, and a head compartment is aboard. Electronics include a 9-inch Lowrance Elite 9 sounder and VHF radio, with a Bluetooth stereo system for audio.
