1998 Cabo 31 Express

The Cabo 31 Express is a solid V-hull sportfish built for offshore work, with a 12-foot-5-inch beam that delivers interior and cockpit space unusual for a boat this size. Twin 700-horsepower CAT diesel engines power the design, which is known for precise handling and extended range.

The boat carries extensive fishing amenities: integral bow pulpit, tackle center, transom livewell, in-deck insulated fish box, cockpit rod storage and gunwale rod holders, fresh- and raw-water washdowns, transom door with gate, power windshield vent, cockpit bolsters, trim tabs, and flood lights. The helm deck lifts hydraulically for engine access.

Below, the interior is fitted with teak cabinetry and teak-and-holly flooring throughout. The galley features Corian countertops, and there is a stand-up head with a separate stall shower. A convertible dinette provides additional sleeping berths, with total sleeping for four.

The hull was painted nine years ago; the topsides received paint about six years ago. A Fischer Panda generator was installed within the last year. The boat also includes a flat-screen TV and Fusion stereo system.
