The 1998 Chaparral 2335 SS is a 23-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by a single Mercruiser gasoline engine and equipped with a 75-gallon fuel tank, making it suitable for extended outings. The helm features a non-glare dashboard with woodgrain trim, Teleflex instrumentation with backlit gauges and glass lenses, and a JVC sound system with water-resistant speakers positioned throughout the boat. Individual circuit breakers with waterproof jackets protect all electrical systems, and color-coded wiring runs behind the dashboard.
Below deck, the yacht offers a spacious V-berth, a removable dinette table, and a galley with a fresh water sink and optional alcohol stove. Cabin storage spans above and below the galley, while a porta-pottie stows in an enclosed starboard compartment. Sidewall storage and multiple insulated ice chests with overboard drains provide additional capacity.
The cockpit seats include adjustable, back-to-back bucket seats on aluminum tracks that fold into a chaise lounge, and swivel pedestal bucket seats with lumbar support. Aft jump seats convert from dual seating to a sun lounge. Cushions are upholstered in heavy-duty expanded vinyl with foam backing and treated with mildew and UV inhibitors. The cabin features plush, stain-treated carpet throughout, including the ski locker.
Hardware and fittings are stainless steel, including cleats, rails, through-hull fittings, and a telescopic boarding ladder in a hideaway compartment. A large bow storage area includes an anchor-rope locker with an overboard drain, and oversized in-floor ski lockers flank the engine box. The boat is in one-owner, excellent condition.
