1998 Cruisers Yachts 3870 Express

The 1998 Cruisers Yachts 3870 Express is a 38-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin 7.4L MPI MerCruiser engines totaling 620 horsepower. The boat features an open main salon with a crescent-shaped convertible sofa and fully equipped galley, including a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, double-burner electric stove, and entertainment system. The helm station provides comprehensive engine and boat system monitoring.

Two staterooms provide sleeping accommodations throughout. The forward cabin converts into a private stateroom with optional bulkhead door and privacy curtain. The second stateroom amidships includes twin berths convertible to a king bed with self-storing filler cushion, plus a changing area and private head with shower. Both staterooms offer full standing headroom. The main head includes a large, separate standup shower.

Recent updates include new canvas, new woven floor matting in the cockpit and cabin, new GPS and Fusion stereo with amplifier and speakers, and a new cabin refrigerator. Both engines have been serviced and tuned, with new sea pump impellers installed last year. The twin 7.4L engines show 500 original hours. A Kohler 6.5E generator with 234 hours provides independent power. Dual air conditioning and heating units serve both cabins. Two full heads support the two-cabin layout, and an onboard auxiliary power system ensures comfort during extended cruising.
