1998 Hatteras 60 Convertible

This 1998 Hatteras 60 Convertible is a diesel-powered sportfish built on a solid fiberglass hull. Twin Caterpillar 3412 engines produce 2,700 horsepower, delivering a cruising speed of 29 knots and a top speed of 36 knots. The boat has approximately 2,400 engine hours and is equipped with updated Garmin and Simrad electronics along with new electronic engine controls installed in 2023.

The exterior has received substantial attention over recent years. A full hull and topside paint job was completed in 2016, with flybridge seams glassed over for a clean profile. In 2019 the bottom was stripped to bare fiberglass, inspected, and given a professional barrier coat. Exterior metal received ceramic coating in 2024.

Systems have been upgraded throughout. Air-conditioning has been updated, the generator pan was replaced, rudder bearings were serviced, and the life raft was recently serviced. The boat is set up and ready for sonar and Seakeeper systems.
