1998 Maxum 4100 SCR

This 1998 Maxum 4100 SCR is a 41-foot diesel-powered express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull with a 13.5-foot beam. Twin Cummins 6BTA5.9L marine diesels—each producing 330 horsepower—deliver reliable performance, with 1,150 hours on the engines. An 8-kilowatt Westerbeke diesel generator provides onboard power. The boat draws just over three feet and carries 330 gallons of fuel and 77 gallons of fresh water.

The interior is laid out for comfortable cruising and entertaining. A spacious saloon features a convertible dinette settee to starboard and generous seating throughout. The forward cabin includes a queen walk-around V-berth with privacy curtains and cedar hanging lockers. A mid-ship stateroom offers a double berth and additional storage. The galley is equipped with a three-burner cooktop, microwave, and both 12V and 110V refrigeration. A separate head includes a shower, vacu-flush toilet, and holding tank.

Recent upgrades and maintenance have been extensive. New bow thruster, bottom paint, props, and professional fiberglass and gelcoat repairs were completed in 2025. All nine AGM battery groups are new or recently replaced, the main engines received a full oil change, and new isinglass enclosure and swim ladder were installed. Two reverse-cycle air-conditioning units with heat provide year-round comfort. The cockpit features a wet bar with sink and refrigerator, while a Bimini and full camper enclosure extend usable outdoor space. Navigation and entertainment systems include a Raytheon chart plotter and autopilot, Horizon VHF radio, and a stereo system with app-controlled LED lighting.
