1998 Naval Force 3 Piana 30

This 1998 Naval Force 3 Piana 30 is a wooden catamaran built with rigid epoxy construction and certified unsinkable. Measuring 29.5 feet long with an 8-meter beam, the boat draws just 0.8 meters, making it well-suited to shallow anchorages. Two Honda 10-horsepower engines, installed in 2013 with approximately 250 hours of running time, provide propulsion with electric start.

The layout includes four cabins—two double and two single berths—and one head. The boat carries a full suite of recent sails in excellent condition: a 31-square-meter mainsail, 22-square-meter roller jib, 52-square-meter gennaker, and storm jib, all from 2018 or later. Standing rigging was replaced in 2018, and the trampolines are from 2021.

Navigation and safety systems are comprehensive and current. Equipment includes a 2018 Raymarine navigation center, 2024 Simrad 12-inch plotter, Furuno GPS, autopilots with remote control, VHF radio with AIS, Lithium batteries, 100-watt solar panels, life raft for six, and a folding dinghy with electric outboard motor from 2023. A manual windlass, two anchors, boom gallows, and four winches complete the deck setup. The galley has a two-burner stove and 2021 refrigerator. Current safety certification is on file.
