1998 Sea Ray Sundancer 400

The 1998 Sea Ray Sundancer 400 is a 41-foot fiberglass cruiser built for both weekend getaways and extended time on the water. Twin 7.4-liter MPI Horizon MerCruiser engines deliver 380 horsepower each, with V-drives powering the yacht to a maximum speed of 35 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots. The design centers on a raised helm with a mid-cabin layout, creating distinct living spaces throughout the boat.

The expansive cockpit forms the social hub, with bench seating on three sides, a portside wet bar featuring a faucet and icemaker, and overhead lighting beneath a fiberglass sport spoiler. A transom door opens to a wide swim platform. The helm station pairs an adjustable captain's chair with a double companion seat, and the navigation suite includes Raytheon GPS, VHF radio, and a multifunction depth finder with speed and water temperature display. Forward, a sunpad occupies the bow for relaxation.

Below deck, the salon holds a curved sofa that converts to a guest berth with the included fiberglass table, and central heat and air conditioning keep the interior comfortable. The mid-stateroom serves as a conversation area by day and double berth by night. The master stateroom features a full-size pedestal bed and private entertainment center with television, cedar-lined lockers, and dual vanities with storage. Two heads serve the accommodation—the master head with VacuFlush toilet, vanity, and full stand-up shower, plus a guest head with VacuFlush and vanity. The galley is appointed with a full-size refrigerator-freezer, three-burner electric stove, microwave, and convenience appliances.

The boat has had new carpet installed and shows 780 hours on the engines with 1,775 hours on the generator. Stainless steel bow rail and French toe-rail support safe passage to the foredeck.
