1999 Aqua Chalet 4614

This 46-foot Aqua Chalet houseboat combines practical living space with a 2024 interior remodel. The aluminum-hulled design spans 14.5 feet at the beam and runs on a single 200-horsepower Volvo gasoline engine with inboard-outboard drive, cruising at 8 knots. A built-in generator provides onboard power, while a 3-ton household-style heat pump handles heating and cooling.

The main salon brings together living and navigation areas, with helm station, captain's chair, dining table, futon, flat-screen television, bar, and galley. Three cabins provide sleeping arrangements: two staterooms with full-size beds and an additional full-size futon in the main cabin. A single head includes a walk-in shower. Storage spans multiple areas throughout the boat, including approximately 3.5 feet of accessible crawl space forward of the helm—a feature that allows easy reach to plumbing, wiring, and tank systems.

Outdoor spaces extend across three levels. The forward deck offers table seating and storage below, while the aft deck includes ladder access to the top deck, which can accommodate loungers and a bimini top. The aft deck also has room for water toys and kayaks. All furniture and instruments remain with the boat following the 2024 remodel.
