1999 Bayliner 3255 Avanti

The 1999 Bayliner 3255 Avanti is a 32-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull with an 11-foot beam. Twin Mercruiser inboard/outboard engines power the boat; the starboard engine was upgraded to a 5.7 in 2020 and has logged 50 to 60 hours since. The drives were rebuilt in 2019. Fuel capacity is 180 gallons.

The cockpit is arranged on two levels with a raised helm and swiveling captain's chair. A U-shaped settee with removable table sits opposite, along with a flip-flop lounge seat and additional bench seating. The layout includes a wet bar, walkthrough transom door to a large swim platform, and bow sun pads. Canvas protection consists of a radar arch, bimini, and full acrylic weather enclosure last updated in 2018.

Below, the boat sleeps up to six across two private cabins and a convertible dinette. The forward V-berth converts between lounge and double bed with a privacy divider. The aft cabin offers a double bed with good headroom and storage. The galley includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator (replaced 2017), and stainless steel sink. A fully enclosed head features a marine toilet, sink, and shower.

Recent updates include a GPS chartplotter and VHF radio (2024–2026), EVA flooring topside (2024), LED cabin lights (2026), replaced water heater (2017), rebuilt back seat (2026), replaced topside speakers (2025), upgraded to AGM batteries with a third house battery (2025), replaced shifter and cables (2025), new zincs, and fresh bottom paint (2026).
