The 1999 Bayliner Ciera is a 28-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a MerCruiser 5.7L V8 engine producing 250 horsepower with a Bravo III dual-prop outdrive. The boat reaches speeds of 30 knots and carries 70 gallons of fuel and 20 gallons of water capacity.
Below deck, the layout sleeps four with a convertible V-berth that doubles as a dinette, plus a mid-cabin berth. The galley is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and stove. An enclosed head with shower serves the accommodations. Topside, the boat features convertible cockpit lounge seating, a fold-out aft seating area, and an extended swim platform. A Bimini top with full camper enclosure provides weather protection, with new window canvas and tarps installed in May 2025.
Significant mechanical work was completed in 2025, including new bellows, gimbal bearing, water hose, coupler assembly, yoke assembly, detent ball spring, and solenoids. Fresh gear oil service was also performed as part of this work. The boat comes with a trailer.
