1999 Carver 450 Pilothouse

This 1999 Carver 450 Pilothouse is a 47-foot flybridge cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Cummins diesel engines rated at 900 horsepower combined. The boat features a raised pilothouse design with commanding helm visibility and extensive deck space, including a sun pad on the foredeck, open afterdeck, and flybridge capable of storing a tender with davit hoist.

The accommodation layout includes two spacious double cabins below deck, each with ensuite heads. The forward cabin has a queen bed with new mattress and television, while the starboard cabin mirrors this setup. The main salon offers substantial seating with two couches—one a recliner, one a pull-out bed—plus a large television on a lift mechanism and wet bar. A raised pilothouse with dining area and a galley with full appliances complete the interior. The galley features cherry cabinetry, hardwood flooring, and Corian countertops.

The boat carries comprehensive navigation and operational equipment including a Garmin 12-inch multifunction display with 18 HD radar, depth finders, Ritchie compasses, and backup cameras forward and aft. Onboard systems include four air-conditioning units, a 13.5kW Kohler generator with sound shield, and a three-pump bilge system. The engine room shows recent service with new turbochargers and aftercoolers fitted in December 2020. Twin ZF Hurth transmissions provide straight-drive operation.

Deck features include a Maxwell 1200 windlass, outdoor shower with temperature control, swim platform, fish-cutting table, stainless steel grill, and integrated lighting throughout. Bridge clearance is 16 feet with radar down and 18.5 feet with radar up.
