This 1999 Contender 31FA is a center console fishing boat built on the brand's well-regarded deep-V hull design. Twin Mercury engines producing 600 horsepower deliver strong performance, with a cruising speed around 31 knots and a maximum speed of 42 knots. The 31-foot length with a 9.5-foot beam creates the platform Contenders are known for: a seaworthy boat that handles both open ocean and bay conditions with composure.

Recent upgrades completed within the last three years include a new hardtop tower with Bimini coverage, Simrad chartplotter, radar, and autopilot. Electronics also include a 1kW high-wide transducer and a 1kW M transducer for sonar capability. Four new batteries support the onboard systems. The cabin features new curtains and enclosure.

The fiberglass hull exterior was painted approximately five years ago and remains in good appearance. The boat is an operational, well-equipped platform ready for fishing or cruising use.
