1999 Formula 400 Super Sport

The 1999 Formula 400 Super Sport is a 40-foot express cruiser built on a high-performance fiberglass hull. Its 22-degree deadrise and deep V design deliver responsive handling in rough conditions, with an agile turning radius. Two Mercruiser engines power the boat, which were replaced in 2019 and carry low running hours. The dual-engine setup provides the performance the 400 SS was designed for.

The cabin accommodates overnight cruising with a full-height salon and galley, a convertible wrap-around lounge forward, and a mid-cabin with a queen berth. Headroom reaches 6 feet 2 inches throughout. The boat includes air conditioning, a standup shower, microwave, refrigerator, and entertainment system. The cockpit offers a spacious U-shaped seating area, a double-wide helm seat with flip-up bolster, and a refreshment center. A walk-through windshield provides access to the foredeck.

Fuel capacity is 250 gallons, with 50-gallon water and holding tank capacities. Ample storage is integrated throughout the cockpit and cabin. Recent work includes new batteries and a fresh bottom paint application completed in May 2026. The interior remains in very nice condition, and receipts document approximately 80,000 dollars in upgrades and maintenance performed.
