This 1999 Hell's Bay Whipray is a technical poling skiff built for shallow-water exploration. At 16 feet with a composite hull, the boat combines light weight with economical operation—powered by a Yamaha F40 outboard with electric start, power tilt and trim, and 245 hours on the engine.
The Whipray has been completely restored with new wiring, paint, fuel tank, platforms, and transom. The hull carries Kingston Gray topside with Matterhorn White non-skid decking. A forward casting platform and poling platform support serious flats fishing, with a Tibor push pole caddy and deck-mounted push pole holders for easy access. The boat includes stainless steel prop, automatic bilge pump, and LED navigation lights.
The console features quiet, dry hatches with oversized gutters sealed by rubber gaskets and hatch springs. A newer powder-coated baffled aluminum fuel tank sits aboard alongside a 12V AGM marine battery and NOCO on-board charger. The boat is wired for a trolling motor. A custom Ram-Lin dry launch aluminum trailer is included.
