1999 Lakeview Houseboat
About This Yacht
This 59-foot aluminum-hulled houseboat is built for extended time on the water, with a 15-foot beam and sleeping accommodations for four. The layout includes a full electric kitchen and bar, suitable for entertaining, alongside one and a half bathrooms and ample storage throughout.
Power comes from a 135-horsepower MerCruiser engine paired with a 12.5-kilowatt Westerbeke generator. The electrical system runs on fifty-amp shore power, a 3000-watt inverter, and twelve 6-volt batteries. Fresh water capacity totals 160 gallons across two tanks, and fuel capacity reaches 156 gallons split between two tanks. The waste system comprises two 80-gallon tanks, while a 20-gallon hot water heater supplies the galley and heads.
A slide-out section and full canvas top provide outdoor living space and weather protection. A jet ski port is included for water recreation. The aluminum construction is straightforward and suited to lake operation.
