This 1999 Maxum 2300CC is a 23-foot cuddy cabin with a newly installed Mercruiser 5.7L V8 engine producing 250 horsepower. The complete engine replacement was performed professionally in 2021 with a comprehensive parts specification: new ring gear, flywheel, coupler, bell housing, starter, thermostat, alternator, fuel pump, and power steering pump. All accessory drive pulleys, spark plugs, and gasket sets were replaced as part of the installation.

The engine has been aligned, shift adjustment performed, and timing and idle speed verified to specification. Both road and water testing confirm proper operation across all parameters, with confirmed water pump function and smooth shifting.

The hull remains in good condition and has been maintained throughout. The bilge pump is new, and the boat's critical mechanical systems benefit from the recent comprehensive engine work.
