1999 Rinker Fiesta Vee

This 1999 Rinker Fiesta Vee is a 27-foot express cruiser built on a solid fiberglass modified-V hull with a 9-foot beam. Power comes from a single 285-hp MerCruiser 5.7L engine paired with a Bravo III drive, fitted with stainless steel propellers and recently replaced risers and manifolds. Trim tabs and an electric engine hatch round out the engine room.

The interior layout follows the mid-cabin cruiser format. Forward is a convertible dinette that converts to a V-berth, adjacent to a full galley equipped with a Norcold refrigerator, stainless steel sink, Sanyo microwave, Kenyon electric stove, and Atwood water heater. An enclosed head with shower serves the cabin. Aft is a double berth with a privacy curtain. The single-level cockpit features a wet bar, double helm seat, and lounge seating, with transom door access to the swim platform.

Electronics include a Lowrance Elite-7 Chirp chartplotter and fish finder, Lowrance depth sounder, Aquameter compass, and Uniden MC535 VHF radio. A Jensen stereo with four exterior speakers and two cabin speakers provides audio. Electrical systems comprise 110V/30A AC and 12V DC with two 27-series batteries, battery parallel switch, and automatic charger.

Deck features include a bimini top, camper top, mooring cover, flybridge curtains, and electric search lights. The Pro-Series electric windlass handles a Danforth anchor with rode. A three-step swim ladder, swim platform, and rod holder complete the setup. The cabin has a cold and hot pressure freshwater system with manual head operation.
