1999 Tiara Yachts 43 Open

The 1999 Tiara 43 Open is a fiberglass express cruiser built by one of the industry's established manufacturers. Twin Detroit Diesel engines deliver 1100 horsepower, and the boat features trim tabs for handling. A half tower with full controls tops the design, offering command of both the helm and cockpit entertainment areas.

The hull employs a deep V construction for stability in varied conditions, whether fishing offshore or cruising shallower waters. The freeboard is substantial for the 43-foot length, and the layout balances the working helm station with a generous cockpit. The boat includes a water maker and comes with outriggers, stored off the hull.

The engines show 900 original hours, with the generator at 600 hours. Recent work includes a new raw water AC pump and new exterior covers for the cockpit and tower console areas. A new Macrolon enclosure with visor and side panels has been added to the lower cockpit. Access to the engine room is provided via a rear cockpit hatch as well as a floor hatch by the helm.
