1999 Viking 72 Enclosed Bridge

The 1999 Viking 72 Enclosed Bridge is a dual-purpose sportfisher built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin MTU diesel engines producing 4,000 horsepower. The enclosed bridge design provides weather protection and extra living space, while the raised mezzanine offers additional seating and views. The yacht carries a 16-foot Walker Bay tender with 75 hp Honda engine and includes a hydraulic bow davit for deployment.

Accommodations span four staterooms and four heads, anchored by a full-beam master suite aft. The layout incorporates versatile guest cabins and crew quarters throughout. The galley features updated appliances including a full-size refrigerator, with fresh water systems and heat exchangers recently overhauled. New air conditioning and chiller systems support comfort in all conditions.

The cockpit combines fishing capability with cruising amenities. Tournament equipment includes ice chipper, bait freezer, transom and in-deck livewells, fishboxes, and rod storage. The full tower supports serious fishing, while a high-gloss teak fighting chair and blue water cockpit table serve entertaining and dockside use. Teak decks and covering boards run throughout the exterior.

Recent maintenance and upgrades include a 3,000-hour engine service, new bottom paint and propeller, new hull paint in shark grey with custom transom, and updated Garmin electronics with CHIRP sounder. New exterior upholstery, updated interior décor, and new televisions throughout. Additional features include bow thruster, satellite television, GOST alarm and camera system, flir thermal cameras, engine room cameras, dive tank compressor, Eskimo ice maker, and LED lighting inside and out with sea vision underwater lights.
