2000 Carver 396 Motor Yacht

This 2000 Carver 396 is a 39-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Cummins 6BTA diesel engines producing 740 horsepower. The hull design features a wide 13'11" beam that allows for an exceptionally open interior layout, with large panoramic windows throughout the salon and galley areas providing abundant natural light and visibility.

The accommodation plan includes two private staterooms, each with queen berths, plus two heads. The aft master suite offers a private head with separate shower and substantial storage, while the forward guest stateroom features a split head layout. The main salon uses an open-plan design that flows into the galley and dinette, creating a bright, connected living space. An expansive aft deck of approximately 73 square feet is covered by a hardtop with wing doors, and stairs lead to the flybridge, which seats six and features a centerline helm with excellent sightlines. A wet bar area is located on the flybridge.

The yacht has undergone significant recent updates: new air conditioning in the salon and master, a 500-watt solar system with 3000-watt inverter, expanded battery bank, new Garmin chartplotter with rear camera, fresh water pump, updated vacuflush system, new ice maker and microwave, full LED lighting, new windows and shades, and an induction cooktop. The anchors (Fortress and Rocna) and dock lines are new. Bottom maintenance was completed in 2021 with sandblasting, barrier coat, and bottom paint.

The yacht includes a 2018 West Marine inflatable tender with a 9.9-horsepower Mercury outboard.
