2000 Carver 450 Voyager Pilothouse

The Carver 450 Voyager Pilothouse is a 45-foot diesel-powered cruising motor yacht built on a fiberglass hull. Twin Cummins 450-horsepower Diamond Series diesels with straight shafts and electronic controls at both helm stations drive the boat, supported by a Vetus bowthruster for docking ease. Trim tabs aid handling, and the yacht features LED lighting throughout updated from original systems.

The pilothouse design centers around a raised, enclosed helm with power seat, overhead console, and an adjacent UltraLeather dinette-lounge. Above, an expansive flybridge offers dual captain's chairs with custom gold-trimmed gauges, a curved lounge, and a wetbar for entertaining. The main salon below showcases cherry wood trim, designer fabrics, and an entertainment center with television, satellite television, and stereo. An UltraLeather sofa with recliners and a love seat face a wetbar, while a well-appointed galley includes a three-burner cooktop, microwave, solid surface countertops, and a dual-voltage refrigerator and freezer. The cockpit aft provides ample space for line handling, accessed via integral staircase from the flybridge.

Overnight accommodations comprise two staterooms and two heads. The master stateroom features a queen berth, dual nightstands, built-in storage, cedar-lined lockers, and an ensuite head with separate shower. The forward stateroom offers a queen berth and cedar-lined hanging locker, with guest head access from the companionway. A washer and dryer are onboard for extended cruising.

Deck layout emphasizes utility and safety, with wide side decks, high stainless steel railings, and a large foredeck. Fender storage integrates into the swim platform and bow areas, while additional storage occupies the transom accessible from the swim platform. Recent service includes a September 2024 hull haul, pressure wash, and detailing, with diesel cooling systems serviced by Cummins fewer than 50 hours ago. The Kohler generator shows 288 hours.
