The 2000 Carver 530 Voyager Pilothouse is a 53-foot fiberglass cruising yacht powered by twin Cummins 6CTA 8.3 diesel engines rated at 900 horsepower combined. The engines have approximately 1,500 hours on them with excellent oil analysis reports. A newer Kohler generator with around 550 hours supports onboard power needs. Bow and stern thrusters with wireless remote control simplify docking and maneuvering operations.
The interior layout features three staterooms and two heads with separate showers, arranged to maximize comfort for extended cruising or liveaboard use. The galley includes new refrigeration and freezer units, and the saloon offers a convertible sofa for additional sleeping capacity. Climate control, washer and dryer, and a central vacuum system are fitted throughout. A retractable TV cabinet completes the entertainment setup.
Navigation and connectivity are handled by dual Garmin displays (16" and 12") paired with Garmin xHD radar, a Raymarine system with long-range radar, and a Starlink satellite internet installation. Additional equipment includes a 400 GPD watermaker, dual davits for dinghy or jet ski deployment, and a pet ladder for water access. The engine room and systems are reported to be well maintained and clean.
