2000 Century 290

This 2000 Century 290 is a 29-foot fiberglass center console powered by twin 250 hp Yamaha engines installed in 2016. The boat runs on approximately 400 hours and carries 300 gallons of fuel, providing a 400-mile range. The beam measures 9 feet 6 inches, delivering a stable platform suited for offshore conditions.

The layout centers on serious fishing capability. Large fish boxes occupy both port and starboard sides, with raw water and fresh water washdown systems—24 gallons capacity on the latter. Transom-mounted underwater lights support night fishing for tuna, while rear spreader lights improve visibility on deck. Outriggers were installed in 2024.

Recent updates reflect a comprehensive modernization. All wiring and the switchboard were replaced in 2024. The 2024 electronics suite includes dual Garmin touchscreen displays, a top-of-the-line Garmin sonar with side-view scanning, radar, and autopilot. Dual throttle controls were fitted in 2024. The engines receive yearly service maintenance. A McClain trailer is included with the boat.
