2000 Grand Banks 38 Eastbay HX

The 2000 Grand Banks 38 Eastbay HX combines the classic design heritage of C. Raymond Hunt with solid cruising capability. Powered by twin 750-horsepower Caterpillar diesel engines, this fiberglass motor yacht reaches speeds of 28 knots and cruises comfortably at 24 knots. The 38-foot hull with 13-foot beam balances seaworthiness with practical handling.

The layout centers on a sheltered salon with a fixed roof, opening to a spacious cockpit for comfortable outdoor living. Below, a well-equipped galley contains a refrigerator, separate freezer, and gas cooktop. The main saloon features a U-shaped settee convertible to a double berth. Forward is a dedicated owner's cabin with a double bed. The head includes a VacuFlush toilet and separate shower.

The boat benefits from recent maintenance and upgrades: new paintwork and ceiling were completed in 2023 and 2024, the cockpit tent was replaced in 2024, and the stainless steel water tank is new. Navigation is handled by a Garmin system installed in 2023.
